Steffi has been a groom for many stars in the showjumping world and her story includes her unforgettable experience of supporting Daniel Meech & Cinca a 12-year-old German-bred grey mare at the 2021 Toyko Olympic Games.
We caught up with Steffi in March 2021 before she planned to head back to England to follow her dreams.
