Through her own equestrian sports, education and life experiences, Ashleigh has always had a keen focus on human potential and how the mind has power over performance and life.
She is also a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner offering her clients a multifaceted approach combining strong academic foundation and lived experience to guide them through to their goals and mental wellbeing challenges.

This episode focuses on some of the mindset tools she uses along with discussions about the sport of dressage and what it's all about.
