Join us as we are joined by a woman full of determination, drive and passion for both the agricultural sector and horses alike. 

Liz Cook - wife, mother and bull catcher.

Originally hailing from Central Otago, together with her husband Willie they wrangle feral cattle in Australia’s remote Northern Territory, while raising their two young sons Charlie and Blake where their 324,000ha property provides an extraordinary lifestyle and backyard for adventure. 

Liz is a wonderful horse women and over the xmas of 2020 she returned to NZ with her horse Mate in tow to compete on the Christmas rodeo circuit before heading back to Australia in late March. We caught up with Liz following a successful season where she finished runner up in the New Zealand Cowboy association open barrel racing standards and her trusty stead Mate’ was voted barrel horse of the year.
